Terms of Service

These terms govern your subscription to Slowset.club, a service operated by LUAU FASHION BRANDS S.L. (Spanish tax ID / NIF B75780734, C/ Girona 36, 43877 Sant Jaume d'Enveja, Tarragona, Spain). By subscribing, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Slowset.club is a subscription (monthly or annual, your choice) that gives you access to 12 original Serum 2 presets dropped weekly, every Friday. Each drop stays downloadable for one week from its release date, as long as your subscription is active.

2. Price and billing

The monthly plan is $9.99/month and the annual plan is $79.99/year, chosen at signup. Charges recur automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) through Stripe, our payment processor, until you cancel. We may change pricing for future billing periods, with reasonable advance notice — a change never applies to a period you've already paid for.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling doesn't refund amounts already charged: you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Spanish and EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content doesn't apply once you've given your prior, express consent for performance to begin immediately and have acknowledged that you lose that right by doing so. By completing your subscription and getting immediate access to the content, you expressly accept this condition.

5. Using the presets you download

Downloading a Slowset.club drop grants you a license to:

  • Use the presets in your own music productions, including commercial release and exploitation (streaming, sales, synchronization, etc.).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or relicense the preset files themselves — individually or bundled, as a preset pack, preset bank, or any competing product.
  • Claim authorship of the raw presets (you can, of course, claim authorship of the songs you produce using them).

Your license to drops you've already downloaded during your subscription survives cancellation.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service running continuously but don't guarantee it's free of interruptions. We're not liable for occasional downtime due to maintenance, force majeure, or failures at third-party providers (hosting, payments, etc.).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. We'll notify you of any material change by email or a notice on the site before it takes effect.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, disputes will fall under the courts of your own place of residence, per applicable consumer-protection rules.
